After two implementation phases, the ScaF-SAP project has officially gone live across the Group’s companies in Vietnam, marking an important step in standardizing processes, connecting data, and improving management efficiency across B’Lao – Scavi – Corèle.
Phase 1 focused on building the foundation in Bien Hoa and Bao Loc. Based on the experience gained, Phase 2 was launched in mid-2025 and expanded to Hue 1, Hue 2, Da Nang, B’Lao Sport, Hue 4, and Quang Tri.
From January to April 2026, process standardization and training activities were carried out continuously in Bien Hoa and Hue. This was followed by system testing, evaluation, and fine-tuning with the direct involvement of relevant departments, helping ensure operational readiness before final acceptance and Go-Live.

ScaF-SAP is more than a technology system. It provides the foundation for the Group to operate with integrated data, standardized processes, and a common management framework.
As Mr. Nguyen Chi Thanh, CEO of B’Lao – Scavi – Corèle Group, shared:
“Today’s Go-Live across our companies in Vietnam also opens the next chapter of our development. From 2027, the Group will continue deploying this data system across our companies in France and Laos, with the goal of establishing a unified international management system by 2028, when the Group celebrates its 40th anniversary.”
"From this point forward, the continued commitment of everyone will be essential—from entering accurate data and following standardized processes to ensuring that the Group can fully realize the value of the system in which it has invested."

Today’s milestone is the result of a shared journey and, at the same time, a foundation for B’Lao–Scavi–Corèle to move toward a more connected and integrated management system in the years ahead. This achievement reflects the dedication and close collaboration of the Leadership Team, the Project Team, and all departments involved. One of the most memorable moments of the journey was the remarkable commitment of our Hue team, who kept the project moving forward despite the historic floods—truly embodying the spirit of ‘Overcoming every challenge, rain or shine.’
