A meaningful event took place on November 14, marking a significant step in the journey of developing responsible and sustainable fashion in Vietnam. B’Lao - Scavi - Corèle Group and SaigonTech officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding, opening a new chapter in bridging education with the textile and garment industry toward a sustainable development roadmap.
The signing ceremony took place in a formal and inspiring environment, with the presence of more than 200 students, Deans of Faculties, and all faculty members of SaigonTech. This event signifies a significant milestone in formal cooperation, as well as a demonstration of a profound shared vision: the promotion of responsible and sustainable fashion within the education sector.
The main goal of this partnership is to make students more familiar with the ideas of sustainable and responsible fashion, by putting the "Responsible Education & Industry" model into practice. B’Lao - Scavi - Corèle Group, with its expertise and position as an international garment Group, aims to share and inspire the young generation to embrace a sustainable lifestyle, beginning with a deeper understanding of the textile and fashion industry.
Through expert insights, we explore what truly defines a quality garment—from thoughtful design and all-day comfort to durability that withstands repeated washes. We also highlight the importance of skin-safe materials, helping wearer make conscious choices that benefit both their well-being and the planet. Students had the opportunity to listen to an inspiring keynote session from Mr. Chi Thanh Nguyen - CEO of B’Lao - Scavi - Corèle. He shared deep insights into his journey as a student educated in France, driven by the singular objective of starting his professional career at B'Lao and guided by shared core values.
Following the keynote, students participated in a practical and dynamic product interaction session featuring the Corèle Light Sport and Uniforms - Made by Scavi lines, led by Mr. Quoc Khanh Cao - Managing Director of B’Lao - Scavi - Corèle. The session clarified students' doubts concerning Sustainable Fashion and included 40 giveaway gifts distributed through educational games.
The event concluded with meaningful discussion sessions focusing on responsibility, where students shared their views on the environment, community, and society in today's fashion landscape.
