The responsibility is shared among CUSTOMERS, SCAVI, and SUPPLIERS, signifying a collective commitment of all industry partners to one another and, ultimately, to the end users.

Active social responsibility through lifetime education

The Group pioneers to develop the active Social Responsibility through the Lifetime Education System, whose the main target is to build people. This system includes Initial Education (from kindergarten to university with apprenticeship at the core of the education system, from vocational school to university) and Continuous Education.

Actively demonstrating environmental responsibility involves taking three tangible actions, namely: decreasing carbon emissions, minimizing the utilization of natural resources and harmful synthetic chemicals, conserving water, and reducing various types of waste, with a particular emphasis on hazardous and persistent waste.

Responsible Sustainability

Step by step, all Scavi Group operating locations will achieve the highest sustainability standards (EDGE certification). At the same time, we remain committed to educating final users on mindful consumption "Buy less, choose better".

Responsibility within the industry

We firmly believe that mutual responsibility must extend to the final client, who should be regarded not merely as a commercial object but as an active and responsible participant.

The Club should be an extended family, where members – companies and final customers – share a Responsible Heart.

B’Lao Group and Scavi Group work with brands to allow the final customer to buy less for more sustainable quality at a price that no longer suffers from perpetual (discount) promotion. Each final customer should reduce their overall budget for better sustainable quality.

We also offer brands shared targets to achieve the necessary speed and reduce the stock as a shared target, by connecting in real-time the strategic planning to the strategic suppliers of materials. We associate the final customer with the Club’s co-responsibility, to bring the customer who has become a responsible subject to accept a reasonable time to receive the product on order, to contribute with the Club to zero stock, which allows the Club to concentrate resources on quality/price.

The responsibility for these strong acts of the Club and those – also strong – in the CSR addressed below – will be able to touch customers’ heart and set them in motion.

In the new era, every strong change – every firm accountability will come from the open heart that opens hearts.

Active social responsibility through lifetime education

1. Initial Education: The pioneered engagement in lifetime education of Foundation B’Lao & B’Lao Group began in August 2017 with the opening of the first B’Lao Kindergarten in the Phong Dien district, next to the biggest Industrial Center of Scavi Group in Thua Thien Hue province, Vietnam. The current capacity of the Kindergarten is of 200 children, from 18 months to 5 years. It opens to members’ children regardless of their job position in Scavi Group and children from families in the community meeting difficulties. All the children were sponsored 100% full scholarship from Foundation B’Lao/ B’Lao Group. March 17, 2025, B’Lao Kindergarten has been recognized as a National Standard School – Level 1 and has achieved Level 2 Educational Quality Accreditation, according to Decision No. 862/QĐ-SGDĐT by the Department of Education and Training.

2. Continuous Health Education A dental clinic has been set up at one of Scavi’s Management Center in Hue to: – Identify common dental issues and challenges that our members may face. – Conduct regular check-ups, scaling, cleaning, and screening to detect oral health problems early.

3. Women Empowerment Program – HER Project: Empowering women in our industry through training on essential topics such as Personal Hygiene, Nutrition, Family Planning, and HIV Transmission & Prevention. – Mother’s Room (Lactation Room): Offering a comfortable, private space in the factory to care for postpartum women.
